John has done clinical legal work at the Urban Indian Council in Portland and has worked on air quality policy and regulations, pesticide regulations and tribal code revisions as staff attorney for the Environmental Protection Office of the Fort Peck Assiniboine & Sioux Tribes in Poplar, Montana. He taught business law at Fort Peck Community College.
The Office of the President is located in Frank Manor House on the Undergraduate Campus.
