Biography
Johanna Sistek is a Senior Managing Trademark Counsel at Oracle Corporation. She manages the trademark portfolios of the companies that Oracle acquires, along with counseling on general trademark, copyright, M&A due diligence, domain name, and false advertising issues. She has worked in many different attorney roles in her 20+ year career: with a regional IP firm, with an international firm, as a solo practitioner, as a contract attorney, and in-house. Johanna attended the Univ. of San Francisco School of Law, and was fortunate to study trademark and copyright law under Prof. Tom McCarthy.
